How long does shipping take?+
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the US. Expedited shipping is available at checkout (1–2 business days). International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. All orders ship carbon-neutral from our Portland facility.
Can I return products if they don't work for my skin?+
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If something isn't working for your skin, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. Our skincare team is also happy to help you find a better match.
Are AURA products safe for sensitive skin?+
Yes — all our formulations are dermatologist-tested and free from common irritants including fragrances, essential oils, sulfates, parabens, and synthetic dyes. We recommend patch testing any new product and starting with our Gentle Starter Set if you have highly reactive skin.
Do you offer international shipping?+
Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout — no surprise fees upon delivery. Free international shipping on orders over $150 USD.
